Tilia Anemones are included in a group which has many species. They tend to be quite large and many are capable of paralysing and eating small fish using the batteries of stinging cells on their tentacles. The colours are varied and the patterns are presumably attractive to prey.
Many marine species live at great depths where such bright colours would be of little or no significance,but as to why these colours are so bright in such types is not fully understood.
